Our Story

THE LEGEND WHO STARTED IT ALL
Ella Mae Montgomery was born December 7th, 1917, to Carrie and Jack Montgomery, in Beatrice, Alabama.
She spent her time raising her children and her grandchildren, in doing so, she moved to southwest Detroit, while doing so, she worked doing day work, where she was classically trained by a chef to teach her how to make everything. She passed down those techniques and recipes to her children and us, her grand and great grandchildren. She transitioned into glory on September 13, 2007.
